Sueños Tulum is the perfect venue for hosting events, like retreats, family reunions, birthday celebrations, or just a casual friend gathering.

Our resort has a total of 15 suites, divided into 6 buildings. There are 3 Beach suites located on the ground floors of our central buildings with garden views, 5 Junior suites on the second floor and 5 Master suites on the top floor of our buildings. Both suites have their own balcony with beautiful ocean views. Located in our Temple building, we have a Penthouse and a Club House which are perfect for friends and families.

To be considered a group buyout, we require a minimum booking of 15 suites, for a minimum stay of 4 nights. Our maximum capacity is up to 50 people. Groups are entitled to a 10% suite rate discount. (Not applicable during holiday seasons)

Our restaurant and premises are exclusively catered for guest, meaning you will have total privacy and services will be dedicated to your group's needs. We have several reunion areas around our resort, such as; our newly built beachfront Palapa with a sitting capacity of up to 50 people.

The Mayan jungle, white-sand beaches, and the transparent Caribbean ocean are the perfect playground scenarios for the utmost adventurous gathering. Private tours and day trips can be tailored especially for your group, such as an amazing refreshing Cenote experience to a magical boat ride through the natural Biosphere of Sian Ka'an.
